Our service lets you create and manage a portfolio page, add projects, customize themes and fonts, and (on paid plans) use analytics and revenue verification. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service to distribute malware or illegal content.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g., monthly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our billing policy. We may change prices with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees until you cancel.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you upload (projects, text, images). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service or use our trademarks without written permission.
